You manage your own NDIS funding and have full flexibility to choose any provider, including Fambulcare. You pay us directly and claim reimbursement from the NDIA.

Plan-Managed
A registered plan manager handles your NDIS payments on your behalf. You still choose your providers, and your plan manager pays Fambulcare directly.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government initiative that provides funding to eligible people with permanent and significant disability. It supports individuals to access the services and supports they need to live an ordinary life.
To be eligible for the NDIS, you must be under 65 years of age, be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category Visa holder, and have a permanent disability that significantly affects your ability to take part in everyday activities.
Self-managed participants manage their own NDIS funding and can choose any provider. Plan-managed participants have a registered plan manager who handles payments. Fambulcare can support both types of participants to access services, as we broker supports through registered providers on your behalf.
